Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary by location and method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Chudstore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

If an item is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or issue a refund minus any applicable shipping fees.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Most items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
• Customized or personalized products
• Perishable goods
• Digital downloads or gift cards

To initiate a return, contact us at the email below with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
